FAQ accordion & FAQ Pro
Akira ships two different ways to answer common customer questions: a simple FAQ accordion you can drop into any template, and FAQ Pro, a fuller layout built for a dedicated FAQ page with categories.
FAQ accordion
FAQ accordion is a lightweight accordion of questions and answers. Use it when you want to answer a handful of questions inside a product page, a landing page, or anywhere else in the store, without dedicating a whole page to it.

| Open one at a time | When enabled, opening a question automatically closes any other open question. |
| Color scheme | Sets the section's colors from your theme's color schemes. |
| Top padding / Bottom padding | Spacing above and below the section, in pixels. |
Add one Question block per FAQ entry.
FAQ Pro
FAQ Pro is built for a dedicated FAQ page. It groups questions under categories and gives you independent size controls for the heading, questions, and answers, so a long FAQ page stays easy to scan.

Add Category blocks to group your questions, and Question blocks for each FAQ entry within them.
Tip: Use FAQ accordion for a quick set of questions on a product or landing page, and reserve FAQ Pro for a full /pages/faq page where categories genuinely help visitors navigate a longer list.
