Customer-group pricing

Create groups for Corporates, Dealers, Retailers, or any segment you need. Apply percentage discounts (Starter) or custom per-product and per-variant prices (Growth and Pro). Approved buyers see their negotiated price across collection, product, cart, and checkout.

NET payment terms at checkout

Pro Offer NET 30, 45, 60, or 90 to specific customer groups. Eligible buyers get a payment-terms option at checkout that defers payment, while non-eligible customers see the standard payment flow. Powered by Shopify checkout extensions.

Purchase order management

Pro Your buyer sends a PO by email the way they always have. You upload the PO line items as a CSV inside the Shopify admin. Miko matches SKUs to Shopify variants and creates a draft order you can review, edit, and send for payment or fulfilment.

Product visibility per group

Pro Hide specific products or entire collections from chosen customer groups – or show them only to those groups. Great for exclusive lines, regional catalogs, or wholesale-only SKUs that should never appear to retail shoppers.

Storefront access lock

Pro Restrict your entire storefront to approved wholesale customers. Anyone not logged in (or not tagged in an approved group) sees a custom message or is redirected to a landing page you set. Turn your store wholesale-only with one toggle.

Install and create your customer groups

Define groups such as Corporates, Dealers, or Retailers in the Miko admin. Set a percentage discount for the whole group, or upload custom per-product prices on Growth and Pro.

Tag your customers in Shopify

Add the matching customer tag (e.g. wholesale-dealer) to each B2B account in Shopify Customers. Miko reads the tag and applies the right pricing automatically when that customer logs in.

Buyers see their pricing across the storefront

When an approved buyer logs in, their group rate appears on collection pages, product pages, the cart, and at checkout – with no theme code edits required. NET terms appear at checkout if you enabled them for that group.

Process buyer POs in seconds

When a customer sends you a PO by email, upload the line items as a CSV inside the Miko admin. The app creates a Shopify draft order matched to that customer and your group pricing, ready to send for payment or fulfilment. Optionally sync to Odoo via our Live Odoo Connector.

What is Miko B2B Wholesale Hub?

Miko B2B Wholesale Hub is a native Shopify wholesale app by Tripster Developers. It gives Shopify merchants customer-group pricing, NET payment terms, product visibility rules, storefront access lock, and a CSV-based purchase order workflow that creates Shopify draft orders. It works on any Shopify plan – no Plus required.

How does the Purchase Order (PO) workflow actually work?

To be clear: PO upload is a merchant-side admin tool, not a customer-facing portal. Your wholesale buyer sends you a PO the same way they always have (email, PDF, EDI). You take the line items, save them as a CSV (SKU,quantity,unit_price), and upload that CSV inside the Miko admin. The app records the PO, matches SKUs to your Shopify product variants, and creates a Shopify draft order tagged with the PO number and customer. You then send the draft order to the buyer for payment, or convert it directly to a fulfilled order if NET terms apply.

Can I set different prices for different customer groups?

Yes. On Starter you can give one customer group a percentage discount. On Growth and Pro you can create unlimited groups and set custom per-product and per-variant prices for each. The right price appears across collection, product, cart, and checkout for tagged customers.

Does it support NET payment terms?

Yes, on the Pro plan. You can enable NET 30, 45, 60, or 90 for specific customer groups. Eligible buyers see a payment-terms option at checkout that defers payment. The flow is powered by Shopify Checkout Extensions, so it is native to Shopify checkout and works on any plan.

Can I make my store wholesale-only?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Storefront access lock restricts your entire store to logged-in customers tagged in approved wholesale groups. Anyone else sees a custom message or gets redirected to a landing page of your choice.

How is this different from Shopify's native B2B?

Shopify native B2B is a Plus-only feature. Miko B2B works on Basic, Shopify, and Advanced plans, and adds critical tools the native solution doesn't have: PO management with CSV upload and draft-order creation, NET payment terms at checkout, product visibility rules per group, and storefront access lock.
