Website Hosting is USD 9 a month per site with 5 GB of storage, free SSL, business email, nightly backups, malware protection and free migration. Website Care (USD 29) adds updates and monitoring, and Care Plus (USD 79) adds 90 minutes of developer time each month. Pay yearly and get 2 months free.
A .com domain is USD 16.99 a year, and .net and .org are USD 18.99 a year. You pay the same price when it renews, with no cheap first year followed by a jump. Other extensions are priced individually and we confirm the price before registering.
Yes. We register more than 1,000 extensions, including .nz, .co.nz, .com.au, .au, .co.uk, .ca, .io, .co and .shop. Some country extensions have rules, for example .com.au needs an Australian ABN or ACN, and we check you qualify before registering. Search any domain in the builder at the top of this page to see if it is available to register.
Type the name into the domain search at the top of this page. It asks the registry that runs that extension, the same source registrars use, and shows whether the domain is available to register or already taken. If it is taken, it lists the extensions that are still available, and if the domain is already yours, you can use it for email or hosting instead.
Yes. We transfer domains from any registrar, handle the authorisation code and DNS records, and keep your website and email running during the move. A transfer normally adds a year to the registration.
Yes. Business Email is USD 3 a month per domain with 10 mailboxes and 3 GB of shared storage, and extra mailboxes are USD 1 each a month. It works on its own. You only need a domain, which we can register for you.
No. Shopify can forward email addresses on your domain to an inbox you already have, but it does not host mailboxes, so you cannot properly send from that address. Shopify's own Help Center says you need a third-party email host. Our Business Email plan is that host, set up and connected to your store domain for you.
You need an email host and a few DNS records on your domain: MX records for incoming mail, plus SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your mail is trusted. We add these for you, wherever your domain is registered, and test that mail sends and arrives.
If your team relies on Google Docs, shared calendars and Drive, Google Workspace is the better fit and we are happy to set it up. If you mainly need reliable mailboxes on your domain at a low cost, our Business Email plan does that for one flat price per domain rather than per user.
Yes. WordPress runs on every hosting plan, with staging, free SSL and nightly backups. On Website Care and Care Plus we also keep WordPress, your theme and plugins updated for you.
Shopify hosts every Shopify store itself, so no host is needed for the store. We host everything around it: business email, a blog, landing pages and microsites, and we also build and support Shopify stores.
You can choose a data centre in the United States, Canada, Europe or Asia (Singapore), so your site is hosted close to your customers.
Yes, migration is free on every hosting plan. We copy your files, database and mailboxes, test everything on the new server, then switch your domain over with no downtime.

For email alone, yes. Google Workspace Business Starter and Microsoft 365 Business Basic are USD 7 per person a month on yearly plans. Our Business Email is USD 3 a month for your domain with 10 mailboxes, and USD 1 for each extra mailbox after that. If your team also needs Google Docs or Microsoft Office apps, those plans include them.
No. Hosting, email and care plans are billed monthly in US dollars and you can cancel with 30 days notice, or pay yearly and get 2 months free. Domains are billed yearly.
