Are Tripster's Shopify apps free?
Each app has its own pricing on the Shopify App Store, and most offer a free trial. Check the listing for current plans, since we do not restate pricing here where it could go stale.
Do I need Shopify Plus to use your apps?
No. Our apps are built deliberately so merchants on Basic, Shopify and Advanced get capabilities that usually require Plus, including B2B wholesale pricing and net terms.
Which app do I need for wholesale pricing?
Miko B2B Wholesale Pricing. It handles customer-group pricing, volume tiers, net 30 and net 60 terms, purchase orders and a branded wholesale portal, without requiring Shopify Plus.
Do your apps slow down my store?
No. Storefront components ship as theme app extensions that load only where used, and the heavy work happens server-side. A slow Shopify store is almost always the cumulative app stack rather than any one app.
What support do you provide for your apps?
Direct support from the team that built them, plus full documentation for every app. You are not routed through a generic helpdesk that then escalates to a developer.
Can you customize an app for our specific workflow?
Yes. Where a standard app does not fit, we build custom functionality on top of it or as a private app for your store alone.
Do your apps work with any Shopify theme?
Yes. Storefront components use theme app extensions and app blocks, so they work with Online Store 2.0 themes without editing Liquid. For older themes we can install manually.
Are your apps available outside New Zealand?
Yes. Our apps are used by merchants worldwide and are available in every market Shopify operates in, with multi-currency and multi-language support where relevant.
How do I install one of your apps?
Install from the Shopify App Store like any other app. Setup guides for every app are in our documentation, and most take under fifteen minutes to configure.
Can I use several of your apps together?
Yes. They are built to coexist and share conventions, so running loyalty alongside B2B wholesale and restock forecasting causes no conflicts.
Do you offer app onboarding or setup help?
Yes. For merchants who would rather not configure it themselves we do paid setup, including data import and configuration against your actual catalog.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify requires us to delete store data within 48 hours of uninstall, and we comply. Export anything you want to keep before uninstalling.
Are your apps GDPR compliant?
Yes. All mandatory GDPR webhooks are implemented, data handling is documented in our privacy policy, and we only collect what the app needs to function.
Do you build custom apps for individual merchants?
Yes. Custom and private Shopify apps are a core service, built to the same App Store standard whether or not the app is ever publicly listed.
How often are the apps updated?
Regularly, for Shopify API version changes, new platform capabilities and merchant-requested features. Shopify deprecates API versions on a schedule and we stay ahead of it.
Can I request a feature?
Yes, and merchant requests drive most of our roadmap. Being a smaller team means a well-argued request can genuinely ship rather than disappearing into a queue.
Do the apps work with Shopify POS?
Where it makes sense, yes. Loyalty and B2B pricing have POS considerations, and the app documentation states exactly what is supported.
Where do I find documentation?
Every app has full documentation covering setup, features and troubleshooting, written from the actual behavior of the app rather than a marketing summary.
