When we first wrote about Miko B2B Wholesale House on June 1, we talked about a problem that is familiar to anyone who has tried to run wholesale on Shopify. You end up tagging customers manually, duplicating products with special pricing, and processing orders by hand. It works when you have ten accounts. It becomes a liability at fifty.
We said we were building the app we always wished we could install instead of coding it from scratch for clients. That app is on the Shopify App Store today.
What is in the app today
Here is what you get when you install, straight from the live listing.
Customer group pricing
You create groups (Corporates, Dealers, Retailers, or whatever segments make sense for your business) and tag your customers in Shopify. Each group gets either a percentage discount across the board on the Starter plan, or custom prices per product and per variant on Growth and Pro. When a tagged customer logs in, they see their negotiated rate from the collection page all the way through to checkout. No coupon codes. No theme edits. No workarounds.
NET payment terms at checkout
On the Pro plan, you can enable NET 30, 45, 60, or 90 for specific customer groups. When an eligible buyer reaches checkout, they see a payment terms option that defers the invoice. It runs on Shopify Checkout Extensions, so it is genuinely native to Shopify checkout, not a bolt-on iframe.
Product visibility per group
Also on Pro: you can control which products or collections each customer group can see. Hide wholesale-only SKUs from retail shoppers. Show a regional catalog only to the accounts in that territory. This has been one of the most requested features from merchants who run both D2C and B2B channels on the same store.
Storefront access lock
If you want to run a wholesale-only store, the Pro plan lets you restrict your entire storefront to logged-in customers with an approved group tag. Anyone else gets a custom message or a redirect. One toggle in the settings, no custom code required.
CSV purchase order management
This one comes up a lot so it is worth being specific about what it does and does not do. When a wholesale buyer sends you a purchase order by email (PDF, spreadsheet, however they send it), you pull out the line items, save them as a CSV with SKU, quantity, and unit price, and upload that inside the Miko admin. The app matches each SKU to your Shopify product variants and creates a draft order tagged with the PO number and customer. You review the draft, adjust anything that needs adjusting, and send it for payment or convert it straight to a fulfilled order if NET terms apply.
This is a merchant-side admin tool. Buyers do not upload anything. It is designed for the very common workflow where orders come in by email and your team has to retype line items into Shopify draft orders by hand.
Shopify POS integration
On Growth and Pro, your wholesale pricing follows tagged customers into Shopify POS. Sell to dealer accounts in person at their group rate, the same rules you set online.
In-app analytics
A basic analytics dashboard inside the app so you can see revenue per customer group, top-spending accounts, and PO throughput without leaving the Shopify admin.
Who should install it
If you manage B2B pricing through customer tags or duplicate products and it is getting unwieldy, this is the straightforward fix. If your buyers email you for prices because your storefront only shows retail rates, this solves that. If your team is retyping purchase order line items into Shopify draft orders by hand, that is what the CSV PO tool is for.

How to get started
Install from the Shopify App Store. The setup flow walks you through creating your first customer group, setting your pricing rules, and tagging your first wholesale account. Most merchants have their first group live within an hour.
- Install the app at apps.shopify.com/miko-b2b-wholesale-hub
- Create your first customer group and set percentage or per-product pricing
- Tag your wholesale accounts in Shopify Customers
- Enable NET terms or storefront lock from the Pro settings if you need them
Part of the Miko ecosystem
Miko B2B Wholesale House is the second app in the Miko product stack. Miko Loyalty and Rewards is already live. Miko AI, the customer intelligence app with ML segmentation and churn prediction, also launched today alongside this one.
Each app works on its own. Run them together and they share a customer-tag namespace. Miko AI flags a wholesale buyer trending toward churn, Miko B2B Wholesale House has that account right there in your dashboard. No integration code needed from you.
Questions
Is it free to install?
Yes. Free to install with a 14-day trial on all paid plans. Starter is $29/month (one customer group, percentage pricing), Growth is $59/month (unlimited groups, custom per-product pricing, POS), and Pro is $89/month (everything in Growth plus NET terms, product visibility, storefront lock, and CSV PO management). Annual billing saves 25%.
Does it work on all Shopify plans?
Yes. Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. No Shopify Plus subscription needed. The pricing engine runs on Shopify Functions so it is as fast and reliable as Shopify's own native checkout.
How does the PO upload actually work?
Your buyer sends you a PO by email the way they always do. You save the line items as a CSV (SKU, quantity, unit price) and upload that CSV inside the Miko admin. The app creates a Shopify draft order matched to that customer and their group pricing. You review it, edit anything, and send it for payment or convert it to a fulfilled order. Buyers are not involved in the upload process at all.
Does it replace Shopify's native B2B?
No, it complements it. Shopify native B2B requires Plus and is missing NET terms, product visibility rules, storefront lock, and CSV PO management. Miko B2B Wholesale House fills those gaps and works on any plan. Both can run side by side on Plus if you want.
