Scores update nightly so the moment a Champion starts trending toward At Risk, you see it.
Churn prediction
A churn-probability score from 0 to 100 per customer, updated nightly. Built on a logistic-regression model that looks at recency relative to each customer's own historical cadence, decreasing frequency, decreasing order size, and single-product dependency. If you have 5,000 customers and can realistically reach out to 100 this week, churn ranking gives you the right 100 without guesswork.
Lifetime value forecasting
Predicted 12-month spend for every customer based on order pattern, recency, product mix, and similarity to other customers. A new customer with two high-margin orders is treated very differently from a new customer with two heavily discounted orders, even if they look identical on a basic dashboard.
Behavioural clustering
K-Means clustering that surfaces natural customer groupings no rule would have caught: bulk reorder accounts, discount hunters, single-product loyalists. These show up automatically you do not have to think of the segment first.
Claude-powered plain-English recommendations
