1. Introduction

Tripster Developers ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your data. This Privacy Policy explains how our Shopify Application ("Live Odoo Connector") collects, uses, and safeguards your information.

2. Information We Collect

To facilitate the synchronization between Shopify and Odoo, we collect and process the following data:

• Odoo Credentials: Your Odoo Server URL, Database Name, Username, and Password/API Key. (Stored securely using Fernet AES-256 encryption).
• Store Information: Shop URL, Currency, Timezone, and Plan name.
• Transactional Data: Order details, Customer names, Shipping addresses, and Inventory levels. This data is transiently processed to sync between systems.

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures:

• All credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
• Data transmission occurs over HTTPS/SSL.
• We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

4. Data Usage

We use your data solely for:

• Authenticating with your Odoo ERP.
• Syncing Products, Orders, and Inventory in real-time.
• Providing customer support and troubleshooting sync errors.

5. Third-Party Services

Our infrastructure runs on secure cloud providers (e.g., Render, AWS, or Heroku). These providers have physical access to the servers but do not have logical access to your encrypted data.

6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You have the right to request access to, or deletion of, your personal data stored by our app. To exercise these rights, please contact us at hello@tripsterdevelopers.com or uninstall the application, which triggers our automated data cleanup process.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the "Live Odoo Connector" (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a middleware application designed to synchronize data between Shopify and Odoo ERP. It acts as a data conduit and does not verify the accuracy of the data entered in either system.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripster Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits or revenue resulting from sync errors (e.g., incorrect inventory levels leading to overselling).
• Data loss or corruption due to Odoo server downtime or API changes.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Shopify API outages, Odoo maintenance).

You agree that you are responsible for maintaining backups of your Odoo and Shopify data.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate Odoo credentials and maintain active Odoo licenses.
• Ensure your Shopify "SKU" matches your Odoo "Internal Reference" to prevent mapping errors.
• Monitor the "Live Logs" dashboard regularly for sync errors.

5. Subscription & Billing

The Service is billed via the Shopify Billing API. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion. Uninstallation of the app stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current cycle.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
